The Toun28 pH Balancing Toner is a nourishing toner that helps maintain the balance of your skin’s pH as well as protecting the skin against external irritations. The key ingredient here is organic Hibiscus Flower extract that is enriched in Anthocyanin and Vitamin C to deliver rich nutrients to the skin. This toner will also help refine the skin texture and prep it for your serums and moisturisers.
How to Use:
- Apply an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad
- Apply whilst gently following the lines of your skin
- Turn the cotton pad over and gently pat the absorb the contents

I started using this toner a few days ago and it is so so pleasant and leaves the skin soft and hydrated, I really feel a difference. It is really mild and does not strip your skin of its natural balance. Really good!
