Its a very good cica serum but for the price it’s not good enough. There is so less product inside that the dropper doesn’t work right

It rlly didn’t do too much of a difference (which I like actually, cuz I have acne prone skin) but it left me feeling super hydrated!

I have acne prone, sensitive combination skin. This is a very nice hydrating serum. It is very lightweight and gets absorbed very fast. It doesn't break me out. It reduces fine lines immediately. It takes care of redness and helps my skinbarrier. The packaging is very little, I think it would be nicer in a bigger bottle. Other 30ml serums are much bigger.

I wanted so much to love this but:
- the dropper is a joke (i'm sorry I sound harsh but it is barely functional).
-something in the ingredients is causing my skin to react. This serum makes my skin itch so much (there is no rash but just like really itchy).

I have to say, this is the first k-skincare product that I have ever felt negative towards. Unfortunately this will have to be tossed in the bin :(.

A nice hydrating serum but I guess there are better serums out there. The packaging sucks, the dropper doesn't work.

Was really disappointed. The dropper just doesn’t work and I can’t get product out. Could be a fantastic serum, will never know 😅

I buy this serum for my sister and she really liked this one! So so far so good!

Lightweight and hydrating

The serum feels amazing on my combo skin, especially my dehydrated areas. It is lightweight imo but feels very moisturising! I would give it 5 stars BUT 4 stars for me since the dropper doesn't work and there is little product. When I opened it the first time I thought it had already been used since there wasn't a lot of product coming out, which is a shame.

The glass dropper is the worst I’ve ever tried. It is definitely not calibrated for this thick gel type product. When you take the dropper out of the bottle there is a lot of air left at the tip, and you need to squeeze the air out first, then the product will come out. Also, the glass dropper leaves a hole inside the gel after you take it out of the bottle and you’ll need to navigate your dropper sideways to suck in the serum (it is very thick). As for the effect, it is quite moisturising, but might tingle if you have problems with your skin barrier or your skin is irritated af /extremely sensitive.
