I have combo sensitive acne prone skin, this sunscreen is very light and not oily at all. Leave a little white cast but absorbs quickly. I always purchase this product because the mineral sunscreen is much better for our health.
Ik heb net een review geschreven, maar het laatste onderdeel klopt niet. Ik dacht dat dit een tinted sunscreen was; aangezien ik ook meestal tinted sunscreens heb, maar dat is deze NIET. De ijzer ionen zitten er dus NIET in, dus die extra bescherming plus punt heeft deze niet. De rest van mijn review klopt nog wel:(
Ik wilde al langer deze zonnebrand crème (en ook de andere met chemische filter met de blauwe dop) proberen en ik ben erg verrast. Ik las wisselende reviews over variant en de ander met de blauwe dop lijkt meer gewaardeerd te worden. Ik vind deze persoonlijk fijner omdat die iets dikker is, maar nog steeds heel licht en verkoelend, niet echt een geur heeft en een mooie glow geeft. Trekt ook makkelijk in, kalmeert de huid(mijn gevoelige huidje kan dat wel gebruiken) , verzacht roodheid daardoor ook wat meer en voelt gewoon heel fijn aan op de huid. Het grootste verschil met de andere (blauwe dop) is dat deze sneller intrekt en iets dikker is. De blauwe is dunner, trekt minder snel (in mijn ervaring, voelt wateriger) en heeft een alcohol achtige geur en mijn huid raakt er toch meer geïrriteerd van en laat viezig laagje achter, wat deze niet heeft. Nog een bonus punt is dat deze ook ijzer ionen bevat (vandaar ligt getint) dat nog beter beschermt tegen blauw licht.
The texture is light. It feels very dry on the skin so I feel like I have to use a moisturizer underneath this spf. And it breaks me out with tiny pimples on cheeks. Very unfortunate. I have combination skin so this one is not working for me.
This sunscreen I wanted to try and compare it with the Madagascar Centella watery sunsserum SPF50 PA++++ (blue cap). I like this one too although it feels a bit 'dryer' on the skin and does take more time to blend into my (normal/dry) skin for the white cast to dissapear. The white cast does definately dissapear but I cannot wear it alone, I do need a light moisturzizer underneath. whereas the one with the blue cap is easy to work with and I can wear it alone wich does make me prefer that one much more. That said, I still think it is a good sunscreen for summer and I think for more oily/combination skin, just not for me.
