You can opt to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it. Cosmetics are only returnable if unopened, where the seal remains unbroken, and in a perfect resalable condition, in its original packaging.  


Once canceled, you have another 14 days to send back the product. You'll receive a full refund, including the initial shipping fees. However, the cost of returning the item from your place to the webshop is your responsibility.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Returns policy

You'll receive a full refund, including the initial shipping fees. However, the cost of returning the item from your place to the webshop is your responsibility. To ensure a successful return, make sure the product, along with all accessories, free items, and samples are unused, is in its original condition and packaging. Reach out to us to initiate the return process. Upon receiving the returned product in good condition, we'll refund the order amount within 14 days.

Excluded on the right to return:


  • With sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
  • That have been created by the seller in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
  • Which are clearly of a personal nature;
  • Which cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons;

When will i get my refund?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

I still haven't received my refund

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?
If you've sent back your return but you're still waiting on your refund, we know it is dappointing, but this can be due to a few different reasons...

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
In the first instance we'd advise checking your return tracking, (if the courier you chose to return your items with provided one) and look out for an update that states it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered', 'Returned To Warehouse' or similar.

This means the item(s) is back at the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 14 days. Sit tight, and we'll be in touch via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

Once processed, your refund can take 5 days to appear in your account, once released by your bank.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RETURNS TO BE REFUNDED?

  • Proof of return postage (e.g a photo of your receipt)
