Delivered by DHL or PostNL

Your order will be delivered by courier of your choice on working days between 9 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. and on Saturdays during the day. If you are not at home for the first delivery, the package will be offered to the neighbors, if possible. If this does not work, the package will be delivered directly to a pick-up location. You will receive a message about this in your letterbox or via track and trace. The package is still available for 7 days at the pick-up location.

No customs fees are required for shopping at our websites in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria , France, UK, and throughout the European Union. For all other countries, you may face customs charges issued by your local customs authority.

- When returning your complete order, please include all samples and free products. A €15 fee may be applied if any free items are not returned.

Return policy

You can opt to cancel your order within 90 days after receiving it, no explanation needed. Once canceled, you have another 14 days to send back the product(s). Returned products will be fully refunded, excluding the initial shipping fees*. However, the cost of returning the item from your place to the web-shop is your responsibility. To ensure a successful return, make sure the product, along with all accessories, free items, and samples are unused, is in its original condition and packaging. A €15 fee may be applied if any free items are not returned. Reach out to us to initiate the return process. Upon receiving the returned product in good condition, we'll refund the order amount within 14 days.


Excluded on the right to return:

- With sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

- That have been created by the seller in accordance with the consumer's specifications.

- Which are clearly of a personal nature.

- Which cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.


*Shipping fees are only refunded when the whole order is sent back.

Why have I not received my refund?

If you've sent back your return but you're still waiting on your refund, we know it is disappointing, but this can be due to a few different reasons. Depending on the country you're from and the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary from a few days to approximately 30 days.


How can I check the status of my return?

In the first instance we'd advise checking your return tracking, (if the courier you chose to return your items with provided one) and look out for an update that states it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered', 'Returned To Warehouse' or similar. This means the item(s) is back at the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 14 days. Sit tight, and we'll be in touch via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. Once processed, your refund can take 5 days to appear in your account, once released by your bank.

iDeal

iDeal is an online payment system used in the Netherlands. It allows customers to make secure payments directly from their bank accounts. When you choose iDeal at checkout, you are redirected to your online banking environment, where you can authorize and complete the payment. It's a direct and efficient way to pay for online purchases without the need for credit cards.

Klarna: Shop now, pay later

Klarna is a payment service that allows you to make online purchases and pay for them later. When you choose Klarna at checkout, you can delay your payment or opt for installment plans. After placing your order, you receive your items, and Klarna sends you an invoice with the payment details.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna. Invoices: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, provision of the service. The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. PayPal

PayPal is an online payment platform that facilitates secure transactions between buyers and sellers. When you use PayPal at checkout, you can link your bank account, credit, or debit card to your PayPal account. Instead of sharing your financial information with the seller, you use your PayPal login. After choosing PayPal, you're redirected to log in and confirm the payment.

Credit Card

After selecting credit card payment you will be transferred to 3D Secure platform to fill in the data. If the transaction is authorized, the payment proceeds immediately and we can post your order the very next day. Our staff does not operate with your card data. The process is finished through online banking. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service. When choosing Apple Pay at checkout, you can complete your purchase using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Simply authenticate the payment with Touch ID or Face ID, and Apple Pay securely processes the transaction without the need to manually enter your card details.

Google Pay

Google Pay is a digital wallet and online payment system. When you opt for Google Pay at checkout, you can use your Android device or a browser on your computer. Bancontact is an electronic payment system used in Belgium. When selecting Bancontact at checkout, you can securely complete your online purchase by entering your Bancontact card details. The payment is then processed directly from your linked bank account.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer is a traditional and secure method of online payment. When you choose bank transfer at checkout, you will receive the seller's banking details. To complete the purchase, you manually initiate a transfer from your bank account to theirs.
