Description:
The COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner is a moisturising toner with vitamin B5 and hyaluronic acid for hydrated and dewy skin. B5, also known as panthenol, is the key ingredient of the Hydrium line. B5 has moisturising, regenerating, and anti-inflammatory effects and is safe to use on all skin types. With the Hydrium Synergy-8 Complex which consists of six hyaluronic acids, d-panthenol, and allantoin, this toner fills the skin with moisture and helps to keep it hydrated for a long time.
How to Use:
- Apply an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad
- Apply whilst gently following the lines of your skin
- Turn the cotton pad over and gently pat the absorb the contents

Hydrium Watery Toner
Not as hydrating as expected
This toner is a game changer for my face. After washing sometimes my face got dry and flaky but this toner makes my face soft and hydrated :)

For the past six months, I've been using a 1/2 liter tub of NakeUp Face Stress 0 Toner, a great soothing toner with no color or scent, and a short, simple formula that I'd love to repeat, but since I love writing reviews, I was looking for something new but similar. .
Just then, a new product from my favorite CosRX brand arrived - the Hydrium Watery Toner, a moisturizing toner that was similar in description to NakeUp Face, so I ordered this new product with interest and hope not to be disappointed.
Hydrium Watery Toner
A very hydrating and absorbed toner. Could just put it on my hands and tab it on the skin. Not too thick. Also I find the packaging really convenient to use.
Great basic toner! Super hydrating but lightweight, doesn’t break me out
